Empowered. Movement. Education.
AGILE BEAST
Sebastian is the founder of AGILE BEAST, a movement education program that contextualizes modern fitness training within an evolutionary framework. This system improves athleticism across the board by using variations on the foundational kinetic patterns of our species: crawl & climb, walk & run, jump & throw.
AGILE BEAST sessions include information on anatomy, biomechanics and physiology. This empowers participants to develop full-body coordination while maintaining the alignment of their joints and building balanced myofascical tension. Participants activate their innate athleticism and learn to move creatively and spontaneously.
All elements of fitness are developed in relationship to each other: strength, balance, mobility, coordination, endurance, agility and precision.
You can become an AGILE BEAST by attending in-person workshops and by streaming the recorded class videos for an in-depth study at home.
Or reach out for 1:1 instruction and coaching.
