AGILE BEAST
Sebastian is the founder of AGILE BEAST, a movement education program and workout protocol that contextualize modern fitness training within an evolutionary framework.
Participants in AGILE BEAST workouts and workshops improve their total-body athleticism by mastering variations of the foundational movement patterns of our species. These are summed up by “The ABC’s”, which are selected Categories of essential movement exercises that develop and preserve our functional abilities over our lifetime: Crawl, Crouch, Climb, Course, Carry, Coil.

AGILE BEAST sessions also include information on functional and physiology, empowering participants to develop full-body coordination while maintaining the alignment of their joints and building balanced myofascical tension. A.B. sessions help participants activate their innate athleticism and learn to move creatively and spontaneously.
All elements of fitness are developed in relationship to each other: strength, balance, mobility, coordination, endurance, agility and precision. This makes for truly holistic fitness training for the whole human animal.
