Personal Training
Achieve your personal fitness goals with customized workouts and consistent support! I help athletes cross-train, weekend warriors get fit, and people of all kinds move better and have more energy in their everyday lives. My sessions are 55 minutes and held Online or in Copenhagen, Denmark, where I offer outdoor and in-home training.

Comprehensive services include: at-home workouts (x3-4/wk), nutrition coaching, travel workout plan, flexible schedule. Clients may bring a +1 to any session at no additional charge. Inquire for details and customization.

Group Fitness
Working out in a group is motivating and fun, while reducing cost compared to 1:1 fitness training. Small Groups are limited in size, allowing for personal attention and feedback. Every session features a unique, full-body workout that blends functional strength, agility, flexibility and dynamic cardio.
