This live workout series will build your full-body fitness with focused, 50’ training sessions. Sebastian has almost two decades of experience leading groups in efficient workouts that energize your day and support other athletic endeavors. We will focus on bodyweight strength training and aerobic intervals to pack a big workout in a small timeframe. No equipment required, all levels welcome!
This series will be live-streamed via Zoom and include an optional Stretch & Cooldown after the movement session. I’ll email participants a reminder and Zoom link the day before each session.
