FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Functional fitness training is a powerful tool to access more of the world. By training your body to be strong, aligned, flexible and agile, you become physically versatile and able to meet challenges with confidence.

Personal Training

Achieve your personal fitness goals with customized workouts and consistent support! I work with a team of trainers to help athletes cross-train, weekend warriors get fit, and folks of all kinds move better and have more energy in their everyday lives.

Sessions are 55 minutes and held Online or at Noe/Liberty Streets, a few blocks up from Dolores Park in San Francisco. For In-Home Personal Training, contact me.

    $3,500 monthly commitment

    Comprehensive services include: at-home workouts (x3-4/wk), nutrition coaching, travel workout plan, flexible schedule. Inquire for details and customization.

Group Fitness

Working out in a group is motivating and fun, while reducing cost compared to 1:1 fitness training. Small Groups are limited in size, allowing for personal attention and feedback. Every session features a unique, full-body workout that blends functional strength, agility, flexibility and dynamic cardio.

SMALL GROUP WORKOUT SCHEDULE

Small Group Sessions are 55 minutes and held at Noe/Liberty Streets, a few blocks up from Dolores Park in San Francisco. Coach Nico is now leading in-person group sessions.

MONDAY: 4:30pm

THURSDAY: 7am
