Integrated Strength and Dynamic Movement Training for Contact Improvisers and Other Beasts

How do dancers gain strength and the physical resilience for dynamic improvisation and partnering? How do strength athletes become more agile with real-world applications for physical power? This workshop revitalizes fitness training so that it relates to the art sport known as Contact Improvisation, as well as other disciplines where reactivity and adaptability are key. “Gentle Beasts” is part of of Sebastian's Agile Beast series and suitable for anyone with a movement or dance practice. All levels welcome.
