This warm-up class provides an introduction to essential skills and helpful perspectives for the movement research practice known as Contact Improvisation, which is also described as an "art sport" and an "athletic duet". Participants will learn practical ways to establish trust and build dynamic interactions with others, leading to joyful and exciting dances. For movers, dancers, yogis and other humans. All levels and beginners welcome. Followed by the weekly CI Jam from 4:30-6:00pm.
Sebastian has been teaching dance and healthy movement principles since 2007. He recently moved to Copenhagen and is excited to share this work here.
