Expand your ability to dance with dynamic physical contact! Contact Improvisation can be supported with specific skills that enhance each person's sensitivity, curiosity and understanding of their body as a three-dimensional, shifting architecture.
Followed by a 2-hour Ecstatic Dance / open jam with a fab DJ.
This class takes place on Groundhogs Day and will be themed around activating a ‘grounded’ sense in yourself and finding ‘ground’ in the other.
