Our backgrounds are in martial arts, dance, acrobatics, somatics and fitness training. We blend them together in our Spiral events to help participants improve their movement quality, learn new skills, and connect with others.
Our Classes focus on Contact Improvisation, Axis Syllabus, Acrobatic Flow, Agile Beast, Handstand Technique, Movement Games, and Contemplative Dance Practice.
Our participants come from different movement backgrounds. Some are strong in a particular discipline and want to have more variety in how they train and move. Others feel more like beginners but are eager to learn and have fun in a collaborative environment. And some are movement professionals and coaches, looking to expand their training and teaching knowledge.
